Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. The table below should be used as a rough guide to delivery times, however no guarantees can be made because we are at the mercy of courier schedules and any unexpected delays they may face.

Auckland	1-2 Business Days (for orders placed before 11:00 am Mon-Fri)
North Island	1-2 Business Days (for orders placed before 11:00 am Mon-Fri)
South Island	2-3 Business Days (for orders placed before 11:00 am Mon-Fri).
Rural	Add an extra day on to the above times

 

For Auckland deliveries, you’ll usually receive your order 1-2 business days.

For orders to the rest of the North Island you should also receive them the 1-2 business days, however there is a small chance of a delay due to courier network problems such as road or airport closures.

Orders to the South Island have a good chance of getting to you 1-2 business days, however plan on 4-5 days if it is critical. Target delivery times are based on orders paid in full via credit card and for in stock items. Orders paid for by bank deposit will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment.

SHIPPING CHARGES

 North Island: $8.5 NZD

Our express delivery service takes between 1 to 2 full working days. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

South Island: $9.5 NZD

Our standard delivery service takes between 2 to 4 working days. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse

Rural Delivery: $14 NZD

Our standard delivery service takes between 2 to 4 working days. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse

Free NZ Shipping for all orders over $100

When you place and pay for your order, all “in stock, ready for delivery” products will be packed up and made ready for courier pick up as quickly as possible.

Usually this happens within 1-2days, however on very busy days this can take a little longer.

We use a combination of CourierPost and New Zealand Post for sending orders.

They’re the most reliable and fastest courier companies in the country which means your order will arrive quickly and safely.

After you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details.

When we’ve processed your order you will receive another email with the tracking number and courier information.

You’ll get a tracking number for every order which you can use to track your order every step of the way until it arrives on your doorstep!
